Position Description/Summary:
Consults with clients, writes code, solves compatibility issues, updates development process records, eliminates technical problems, and collaborates with the development team.  Provides expert development using required applications and tools.  Uses tools to ensure security vulnerabilities are eliminated.  Uses applicable STIGs to prevent cybersecurity vulnerabilities.  Assists with testing support and deployment activities.  Provides Tier 3 Help Desk support and technical assistance to customers and answers to inquiries regarding computer hardware or software.  This includes maintaining computer systems, providing instructions, responding to emails, running diagnostic problems, and following up with customers to ensure the problem was solved.

Minimum Position Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience with eXtendable software versions.
  • Understanding of all web development software and capable of exploring new technology
