Position Description/Summary: 
Performs as a Portfolio Management Professional responsible for completing tasks such as assisting AETC personnel with registration, updates, change request, and manage IT portfolio management data in the DoD/AF directed system (e.g. Information Technology Investment Portfolio Suite (ITIPS) to support Air Force IT portfolio management and other processes and provide IT budget reporting and IT compliance reporting to include (CCA); Privacy Act of 1974 As Amended; Section 508 compliance; DoD and Air Force Enterprise Architecture compliance.  PFM will also be responsible for submitting documentation as system of records, privacy management, and understanding processing artifacts through the Federal Registry.

Minimum Position:
Two plus (2+) years of experience in information systems compliance, FISMA, systems of records coordination.
  • Proven work performance and communications skills, including developing and giving formal written and oral presentations
  • Demonstrated experience in understanding information security system certification and accreditation packages based on understanding the unique security requirements of customer
  • Must have a good understanding of Information Assurance principles; RMF/DIACAP requirements; compliance measures, resource management, and presentation 
  • Must understand and be familiar with the roles and responsibilities of project management.
Certifications Required by Contract:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field -or- Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), with experience in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), desired.
