Position Description/Summary: 
Senior leader of the team of Oracle EBS developers.  Oversees work/task assignments, coordinates team activities, interfaces with Government customers and team leadership, prepares input for required deliverables.

General Experience.  Integration Manager possess at least 10-15 years of experience in information systems implementation, change management efforts or business process redesign. 

 Functional Responsibility. Integration Manager  apply their advanced leadership skills and experience in systems development, detailed knowledge of business processes, technical background and supervisory skills to implement business solutions. On  projects, Integration Managers provide direction to project teams and interact with clients at the supervisory level. An Integration Manager is qualified to perform tasks such as:
  • Develop functional and technical information system designs. 
    • Support the custom coding and modifications of standard Oracle EBS 12.x RICE-W objects and scripts
  • Supervise business integration analysts in the development of software designs, computer programming, system testing or training curricula 
  • Lead business process redesign teams in the development of new business process architectures. 
  • Design training programs for information systems users 
  • Participate in quality reviews to ensure work complies with specified standards 
  • Assist in development of team work plans 
  • Perform work flow analyses 
  • Design and manage databases 
  • Define information systems requirements 
  • Assist in project budget preparation.
  • Performs integration of new technologies into local and wide area networks. Additionally he/she will conduct advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution of complex network problems.
  • Develop test plans for network hardware and software solutions
  • Categorize and resolve network issues by identifying, validating, isolating, and correcting faults and verifying service restoration with customers.
  • Design and implement core network configuration, installation and management of data services at the network hardware and software operating systems level.
  • Perform the installation, testing, troubleshooting, programming, maintenance, repair of network switches and routers, power, and computer data circuits and related apparatus required to support the network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with network subject matter experts (SME) to ensure the ESCs conform to the program’s network standards. 
  • Provide support and guidance to ensure the program’s network and configuration management policies are followed.

Minimum Position Requirements:

WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Perform occasional travel to contractor and customer sites, as required. 
  • Work is performed indoors with some potential risks to safety and health hazards related to electronics. 
Technical Skills required: 
  • Functional knowledge of Oracle 11i and R12 Enterprise Business Suite (EBS) 
  • Constructing and executing test plans. 
  • Strong attention to detail. 
  • Excellent written/communication skills. 
  • Solid project management skills. 
  • Ability to identify and implement continuous improvement practices. 
  • Proven research skills.  
  • Understanding of industry trends.
Preferred Technical Qualifications:
  • Experience with automation tools 
  • Experience with both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies 
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies 
  • 7+ years of QA Test Analyst experience 
  • 7+ years of management experience leading software development teams.
  • Be able to work on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and perform all functional duties independently. 
Physical Skills and Abilities:
  • May require lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Requires visual acuity to use a keyboard and monitor.
Education & Certifications Required by Contract:
  • BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required (Masters Degree preferred)
  • Security+ or other IAT Level II approved certification required.
