Position Description/Summary:
Candidate shall implement, manage, and maintain complex computing environments and provide systems administration for all JSSC supported systems.  Candidate shall perform administration activities including account management, performance tuning, monitoring and management of resources, monitoring and auditing logs, administering and performing backup and recovery operations, identifying, testing, upgrading and installing new database software patches and releases, identifying/resolving problems, maintaining and performing continuity of operations actions, ensuring databases meet and maintaining security compliance. Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. Candidate will istall, configure, operate, maintain and troubleshoot in a Unix operating system environment, as well as virtualization platforms.  Candidate will work in virtual and physical server operations, automation, storage administration support activities (SAN performance monitoring), Systems, Server and Client  Backup.

Minimum Position Requirements: 
Four (4) years of direct experience or combination of formal education but no less that one (1) years of applied experience with performing (Unix) maintenance of hardware related systems and auxiliary equipment related to all Windows 2008/2012, Active Directory, virtualization services for both server and client environments.   

Certifications/Education:
DoD 8570:  IAT Level II
