Job Description/Summary:
This position will provide support for the development and sustainment of the current formal training and STAN/EVAL program for a cyber operations squadron.
  • Assess overall operator skills and the specific ability to successfully operate during mission
  • Ensure all personnel performing evaluations are certified for the function they are evaluating
  • Develop and monitor training evaluations on a simulator and/or lab
  • Develop and implement training curriculum, including presentation material, proper usage of referenced tools, test material, and the student/instructor guides to necessary to teach personnel how to execute the required mission
  • Support the management and sustainment of certification and proficiency standards for the mission teams and associated elements
  • Update, manage, and conduct activities to sustain the process, methods and procedures to evaluate and validate mission team certification and proficiency to evaluate and validate team certification and proficiency standards, in coordination with Subject Matter Experts to ensure analysis and training meets standards
Minimum Practical Experience and Knowledge Required: 
  • Must have certifications to meet DoD 8570 compliance level II
  • Associate’s degree or minimum 4 years’ experience
  • Knowledge of Information Assurance and Security principles
  • Be able to pass client training and certification program and maintain certification in accordance with their documented guidelines and policies
Preferred Experience and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Security, Computer Science, or equivalent 
  • US Air Force (or other military) experience in an aircrew training related discipline is highly desired.
